Service Description
Thank you for choosing Stride for your corporate walking experience. This booking page is for organisations who have already discussed and agreed their event with us. To confirm your booking, please complete the booking form and pay the €500 booking deposit. The booking form allows us to gather the information we need to plan your event, including participant numbers, preferred timings, contact details and any specific requirements. Once we receive your completed form and deposit, we'll confirm your booking and work with you to finalise the details of your bespoke walk. * Secure payment of your €500 booking deposit * Corporate booking form We look forward to creating a memorable walking experience for your team.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit A non-refundable deposit of €500.00 is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and will be deducted from the final invoice. Final Numbers: Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date. These confirmed numbers will be used to calculate your final invoice. Final Invoice & Payment: The final invoice will be issued 2 weeks before the event, based on the confirmed guest numbers. Full payment is due upon receipt and must be made 2 weeks before the event date. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to the event will incur no further charges beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made between 1 and 2 weeks prior will be subject to a 50% charge of the total estimated invoice. Cancellations made within 1 week of the event will be charged in full. Changes to Guest Numbers: After final numbers have been submitted (2 weeks before the event), reductions in this number will not be eligible for refunds. We will try to accommodate increases in guest numbers, but these must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, government restrictions, or other emergencies. Stride reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances or safety. An event will only be cancelled due to weather conditions if an orange or above weather warning is issued by Met Eireann or Stride decide that the weather conditions are unsafe, and the event will be rescheduled.
