What

 A structured prescriptive program that gradually increases duration, pace and terrain to help you establish a positive routine. This program is designed to guide you towards progress and success.

Where

Our walks take place in beautiful East Wicklow on surfaced trails.These trails often follow the course of rivers or weave through forests, providing a serene and refreshing environment.

When

The programme is made up of eight sessions over four weeks. The walks will start for 45 minutes and gradually increase in duration, with a focus on a specific learning theme during each walk.

Who

To get the most out of the programme you should be able to walk for a minimum of 30 minutes at your own pace twice a week. If you are unsure you should contact your GP/ Consultant for advice.
