What
A structured prescriptive program that gradually increases confidence and helps you establish a positive routine. This program is designed to guide you towards progress and social connection.
Where
Our walks take place in beautiful Wicklow on surfaced trails.These trails often follow the course of rivers, weaves through forests, or along coastal cliffs, providing a serene and refreshing environment.
When
The programme is made up of six sessions. Each walk session is 2.5 hours and approximately 4–5 km, incorporating experiences throughout the route, designed to support improved physical activity levels, mental well being, and social connection.
Who
To get the most out of the programme you should be able to walk for a minimum of 30 minutes at your own pace twice a week. If you are unsure you should contact your GP/ Consultant for advice.
