How fit do participants need to be?Walking is an inclusive activity, so most people can take part. The walks can very in length and difficulty depending on the group. But we don't climb big mountains! People who have a physical disability or injury may be able to participate on some of the trails. Chat to us and see what suits.

Why do you need to bring?Supportive runners, walking boots, a rain jacket and a bottle of water. You can bring a small rucksack too. If the weather is going to be cold or hot we would advise some extra items like hats and sun cream. We will send you a list before the event.

How long is the walk?We would recommend about 2 hours but it can be more or less depending on you and your team.

What are the group sizes?We cater for all group sizes but there is a minimum group rate.
