General
Thank you for booking your Stride Navigation Workshop, we are really looking forward to seeing you soon.
Although some of your workshop may be indoors the majority of the course takes place entirely outdoors.
There will be a toilet if we are indoors and when we are outdoors there will be plenty of discreet stops along the way. Please bring a compostable nappy sac so that you can dispose of your toilet paper later.
Fuel is key for warmth and energy so bring suitable food and water to keep you going.

Safety
By attending you are confirming that you are in good health and fitness, and further acknowledge that our Navigation Workshop will take place in hill walking, mountain and hiking terrain. If you have not already informed us of any medical conditions or injuries in the booking form, please drop us a quick email. This does not limit you from attending but allows us to prepare for your individual needs.
All activity in the outdoors presents some level of danger; walkers must exercise due care and attention for their own safety and due consideration for the safety of others. We carry appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance for the activity. Walkers are advised to ensure they have adequate personal accident insurance if they require that cover.
