The Mountain Skills 1 official training course will increase your confidence in the mountains and on the trails. Learn some of the skills needed to become a self proficient hiker lead by experienced female instructors. Cost includes: Mountain Skills course and tuition, food, campsite fees & camping equipment (if you don't have your own).
